It literally does nothing. Don't waste your money

The needle stays in the middle at 7. It doesn’t move no matter what. The soil was wet and it still didn’t move. I’m returning it.

Needle didn't move at all. I measured multiple things and the needle stayed in the same place. One of the things I measured was dirt I moistened with water I had brought the ph upto 12 which was measured by my ph test strips. I then tried measuring that soil and still the little meter read 7. So it's going back. Waste of my time and money.
