I carry a large tripod on most of my outdoor adventures and have gotten tired of either holding it in my hand while going through brush, or securing it on my pack and maybe skipping some shots just because it is stowed.This is one of those products that you could probably make yourself, since it's just some straps and buckles, but all in all it's a great setup for me and the way I shoot.The kit consists of three straps. One hooks around the tripod just below the head, and the other two attach to the shoulder straps of your backpack. You can then hold the tripod with one hand, or hook the legs into the bungee strap on the pack and carry hands free with the tripod legs extended. The weight of the tripod is carried by the shoulder straps. Really cool.It takes a bit of getting used to, like everything else. You have to remember that the tripod is attached to you, so you don't turn and pull everything over. Also, some more straps to tangle or get caught on stuff.Maybe there is a better way than this to carry a heavy tripod, but this will work for me until that something comes along.

Il sistema è adattabile a qualsiasi zaino. Lo ho provato con due zaini da montagna e funziona benissimo. Lascia le mani libere se si vogliono usare i bastoni. Come mostra il filmato della Mindshift si è liberi di usare anche la macchina a mano. Ottimo

Son tres cachos de correa de nylon. Tres hebillas y dos mosquetones. Precio cincuenta y pico euros. Poco más y sería considerado un atraco.Es un complemento perfecto para las mochilas de esa marca. También buenas, pero carísimas. Esperemos que duren tanto como cuestan.

Super: sie sind leicht zu installieren und tun genau das, was sie sollen.Tip: statt das Stativ dran zu hängen, kann man auch Mal die Kamera dann haben und hat die dann immer griffbereit!

In my opinion, the best way I have found to carry a tripod. Mindshift is part of Thinktank and I have several products and bags from both product lines. Quality materials and design, most likely the best in the business! This tripod suspension Kit clips right on to the shoulder straps and the loop they provide to attach directly under the ball head on your tripod. Very slick. I keep my camera (7DII with batter grip) attached the the tripod and it is very comfortable to hike to the location of my choice. When ducking under, over and through obstacles, it's much easier than a strap system on the back of a backpack. Even nicer you have your hands free while walking through any challenging terrain. I can very quickly detach the camera and tripod for an unexpected wildlife photo. Great innovative idea!
