I like the faucet. It looks nice and wasn’t too bad to install. The issue I have is that it slowly loosens with use. I think it’s because of its height - the more people use it, the top keeps getting “hit” to turn on which loosens it.

Washer is deformed at connection line and leaked profusely. There is no support and standard lines don't work.

Added a bathroom and used these facets on two sinks. 2 months in and one has already broken. So disappointed.

Faucet seems of nice quality, I like the design and the finish. However, the waterline provided are really short; I ended up using some other waterlines that I had on hand, otherwise I couldn’t connect the faucet. Also, the nut tightening the faucet to the sink is not a full circle; it’s a 3/4 circle which allows the nut to deform when tightening so it’s impossible to screw it tight enough so the faucet won’t move when using it. I again had to use a nut I had on hand (that is a full circle, therefore, much more sturdier)

This fixture I purchased for a client and it’s extremely poor quality, the water lines are cheap, they kink super easy and leak water everywhere. Amazon is not allowing a return or refunding me my money. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

High quality and works great! Only complaint is the counter mounting thickness is too limited. Had to eliminate the rubber seal washer in order to fit our 3/4 inch sink countertop. The special attachment bracket/nut has too much wasted space within to reach the attaching nut treads.

This is a really nice lavatory sink faucet. I used to be a Remodeling Contractor. I have installed a hundred, or more, faucets. I only bought high end faucets. Those lavatory sink faucets always included the matching pop up drain assembly. This included pop us drain assembly is made of metal and is higher quality. Before installing I took the pop up drain assembly apart and applied Plumber’s Silicone Grease (NOT silicone caulk) on the threads for easy future maintenance This faucet is not as heavy as the way more expensive brand name faucets, but it is perfectly fine. This faucet is of higher quality. It has a robust deck clamping mechanism. It is a one handle design that indicates that the valve is the modern very long life design with a cartridge water control. Unfortunately, the instructions do NOT come with an exploded view parts diagram with listed available replacement parts. It is difficult to tell from the picture but the end spout aerator is removable for the regular necessary cleaning, but it is. I suggest that you put a smear of plumbers’ silicone grease (NOT silicone caulk) on the aerator threads for easy future maintenance.DO NOT USE PLUMBERS’ PUTTY TO SET THIS FAUCET. Plumbers’ Putty stains some vanity tops. Even though there are some “sealing washers” on the parts, I always set the faucet and drain assembly in clear silicone caulk. I have made a lot of money replacing counter tops, and cabinets, because the faucet deck seal, or the drain assembly, leaked a tiny amount and ruined the countertop and or cabinet. BEWARE, the instructions state specifically to NOT use silicone caulk that cures with acetic acid (vinegar acid). I suspect that the acetic acid (vinegar acid) may corrode the colors of the coating of the colored faucets. So, do not take my advice on using Silicone Caulk and go ahead and risk a tiny leak and buy new counter tops and cabinets. Some of the reviews are not about this exact faucet so be careful. I don’t know how some Amazon reviews get mixed up with the wrong product, but I have noticed that problem more and more.
