Not what it’s meant for, I’m sure. I bought it to break up rocky, root bound soil around big plants I wanted to move. Worked great.

Its hard to find a 2.5 lbs head for a pickhoe like this that isn't 70+$ so for me that's was the main reason for me buying it.It arrived beautifully polished, as described. The handle is fine I just wish it was 1.5 times the length. It would make this a extremely effective tool to have for any landscaping type work and will beat a shovel at every test you compare the two tools

Well made good balance clean and polished. Handle fits well in hand. I want to buy a second just to have.

I used this to help digout a literal bushcraft man cave in the side of a hill, complete with wood beam roof suspension and a stove jack for a wood stove - I can almost stand in it and this thing worked really well when i had to swing it in the tight spaces.

The snowplow leaves a GIANT pile of snow in my cul-de-sac that we call a mountain. My son and his friends love to climb and dig on it. I got him this ‘iron pickaxe’ and he is thrilled. Hours of fun mining the mountain.

Very good product.... Strong... Tough.... Good quality over all..... The only bugger in the tool is the threads comes loose where its joined together and have to tighten back up while your working...... No biggy.... Would highly recommend it....
