Lasted less than a year. I don't know exactly when it failed but didn't last more than 8 months. Due care was taken when installed. Will buy a genuine Clear Blue lamp this time.

Air care place wanted $92 for bulb and $150 to install. I used nitrile gloves and installed myself. Working fine for many weeks now. Saved about $200.

Was a perfect fit for my Clear Blue UV bulb. Product was very well packed and arrived in 3 days. Very very easy install. Will definitely buy again when this one goes out.
