Was skeptical of the packaging but it came through ok. A little bubble wrap or paper would have eased the brain.Bulb fit great and was easy to install and was cost comparable to other brands.I’d buy again.

This is my third one of these within 3 months. This one was DOA, the prior 2 both died within a month. There were no visible indications of the problems with this one and the package arrived in good shape. In 12 years of using this UV system, I have never had a premature failure. It is protected by a surge suppressor and I handle the bulbs carefully with cotton gloves so I have no idea what's going on. Will try a different vendor.
