Haven't checked it before today and it's burned out. Lasted less than 10 months. I don't know when it burned out, but it's out right now. Won't purchase this unit again from this manufacture or seller.

This bulb is as described. I thought that was worth noting because I recently ordered similar GX23 base UV bulbs from three different manufacturers and sellers on Amazon, and this was the only one that actually was a GX23 base bulb. The bulb is working fine so far, I can't speak for lifetime yet.
