Installation

  • You don't need to use cloud service if you chose to use a micro SD card for free local storage.

  • Only 2.4 GHz WiFi. 2.4G is better than 5G because stronger wall penetration ability, long distance and more stable. If you have 5G, the router also gives out 2.4G signal.

  • 1.Enable "sleep setting" so that no video will be recorded within the set time interval. 2.Change the recording duration to 10s and resolution to SD. 3. Choose the Medium or Low motion sensitivity according to the usage environment.

  • If you insert a micro SD card(up to 128GB) but no SD card storage setting, it's because the card is not recognized by the camera. You can 1) restart the camera and update its firmware; 2) format the card to FAT 32 or exFAT; 3) try another SD card.

  • 1.move the camera closer to the router and reinstall it. 2.If the LED light is steady, check if your mobile phone's network is normal and smooth

Acheter en 2024, j'ai 1 caméra intérieur et une extérieur. Après 1 hiver à l'extérieur, la charge tiens 2 jours....Très déçu. Depuis mars 2025 je dois recharger au 2 jours. Trop tard pour être remboursé 😏

Pourquoi je n’ai pas reçu le kit de montage comme c’est écrit sur la boîte et je n’ai pas reçu non plus le fil USB. Je suis un peu déçueIl n’y avait même pas le guide de démarrage. Dans la boîte il y avait seulement la caméra ???

Had purchase them a few years ago and recent app to be able to see cameras wasnt working properly reached out to customet serbice and was offered another app to use theu were very helpful and answer right away!

Image is pretty good, but once zoomed in it breaks up, battery life is fair, too many triggers run the battery down in a few weeks. I added solar panels to mine to avoid taking them down to charge. Connection to WiFi is pretty consistent. Easy to setup with the directions
