I received these folders at no charge in exchange for my Vine review; this is my unbiased opinion.These folders are sturdy enough that they seem likely to hold up well with regular use and even some rough handling. The plastic isn't the thickest I've used, and it's very flexible rather than stiff.I've been using one folder continuously for about 2 1/2 months, and the only sign of wear is two small "dents" at the bottom of the front pocket where I've likely bent it. However, this does not seem to have weakened the plastic or started a crack.The plastic is opaque, so you see a general outline of what is in it, but others won't be able to see the contents well enough to read text or identify pictures.One thing I especially like about the plastic is that the outside of the folder is slightly textured, which makes it easy to grip it firmly enough that it won't slip out of your fingers.The pockets have an open side (the one near the center of the folder) with the outer sides closed. This makes it easy to slip pages in and out of the pockets but also means that if you drop the folder sideways or upside down, the papers in the pockets are probably going to spill out.The prongs are more heavy-duty and a more generous length than I've seen in many other folders. I currently have 51 pages in the prongs and could easily add another 25 without making the ends too short to hold the pages firmly. They are perfectly positioned for notebook paper. The prongs line up well with the holes, so you don't have to wrestle to get them through the holes.All in all, these folders are well made and a good value for the price. They are perfect for students' classwork, projects, presentations, and business records.

These folders are made of plastic and have 3 prongs. The pockets are not all the way across, but have the unattached slope. Because it is plastic, sometimes the contents slide to the middle. I have been able to organize my filing cabinet. The plastic is very durable and strong. And the purple color is very pretty. I like the color the best.
