I’m normally a 3xl but I got a 4 xl in case 3xl was too smallThe 4xl is a little snug but should work for what I need it forThe fabric is great material but slightly see through so a white or pink bra would probably be a good choice if wearing it publicI still love itAlso for size reference I am 220lbs and 5’2

I am a big fan of little for big and I fit nicely in a xl from them. But this brand I am probably a 3 xl I managed to squeeze in to a 2 xl but it all depends how tight you want it to be

The snaps are reverse from other bodysuit/rompers. It takes both hands to undo the fasteners, which is quite awkward.
