Butterfly claws are great cause they fit in your cue bag without taking up so much space. This is on the heavier side which is not a bad thing since it does have to be weighted to hold cues steady. The butterfly parts don't seem to line up to a table though. When I initially placed it against a table, it didn't lay flat, and I had to maneuver slightly to be straight. Once I did that, it held the cues great. For maximize functionality, the stainless-steel weight block should have been able to hold a magnet chalk, but otherwise, simple look and works well.

All the options for a foldable cue holder are pretty expensive, with the predator being the most expensive. This one resembles the predator, but is a bit larger and nowhere near as high quality. Solid option at a cheaper price than most of the other foldable cue holders on the market.

I ordered this for our basement billiards area. The pool cues fall over from time to time when propped against a shelf, and this is made to keep them in place. It's a folding design, meaning the two wings fold to be compact. The base has a rubber strip on the bottom to protect furniture, and it's very heavy to stay in place. Works great on a ledge between the two areas in our basement - see the photo.

This was just what I was looking for. Solid construction, easy to store and works great. I especially like the leather-like material used for the black cue rests, I'm confident it will not damage my carbon shaft.Holds up to 4 cues, setups up easily and folds away for east storage. Has a cut-out for chalk to sit as well.

The ad didn’t say whether this folded up and that is what I really wanted. It did and I’m happy about that. Perfect for what it is intended for.
