Item arrived in sealed box. When opened, not all parts where included. Tried calling the Company. No one to answer on any selection even though message says open thru business hours 9 to 5. No help, no way to get the missing parts. Service to install this cost me $350 with a product that sprays water all over my Bathroom!! DONT BUY!

...After about 2 months of gentle use, the cold water handle started to have about 3/4 of an inch of "play" in it. And it makes a noise, like a little clunk or click when I turn it on. I imagine it won't last long. The previous faucet (a different brand) had lasted 22 years... Not only does a defective faucet cost for a new faucet, but also the more expensive cost of a plumber to replace it :(
