I have a crimper for closed barrel pins, but it only does smaller sizes. This one closes a gap and crimps guage12. Like my other one this one is sturdy and ratchets well. Well made Deutsch connector crimper. I have another of these that is sold by this brand and it works well also. Other tools on the market can cost almost double what you'd pay for this and I can't say they add any benefit that this won't do.
