My husband had his leg amputated and it’s hard to find underwear that keep his private parts held in place tight enough that prosthetic does pinch them when he sits. These are great! Instead of just having an opening in the front these actually have a pouch that keeps everything where it belongs so he is extremely happy I found these boxer briefs!!

I love these long leg briefs. My skin does not react well to cotton so these have been a godsend. My thighs are much better off after running / exercising. They are expensive but I waited for them to go on sale. They run a little small size wise. I hope to purchase more in the future.
