Dummy Me.. I'm the type that rarely reads instructions.. Forgot to put batteries in.. I would give it 5 stars but the fittings leak badly.. Tomorrow a trip to Lowe's to get some plumbers tape..

So far it works good, we'll see about durability in a year or so.The biggest issue is it is not off when the knob is at zero, it still detects motion. Zero should be off of it should have an on/off switch.

Bought a couple of these and connected them off of the same line to keep my goats and chickens out of the garden. Parts are cheap, and they leak a bit of water (not enough to really worry about). I have the water line coming off a smart water switch that tells me how much water is sprayed. On a windy day, I’ve had 150 gallons sprayed, and on some days almost no water is sprayed. Last year, my goats and chickens DESTROYED my garden, and I’m not committed enough to put up a fence. These motion activated sprinklers work GREAT! I worried that on really hot days, the water would burn the garden, but it seems that the animals prefer the timber shade when it is hot, so no issues with burning. Would buy them again!
