If your air wrench just has an air issue you might not need this entire kit. My 15 year old lightly used 2131 Air Impact Wrench was spinning on its own with out throttle. All I needed to buy was the Ingersoll Rand 2135-K303 Inlet Kit for 2115TIMAX Impact Wrench. Solved my problem. Didn't need all the internals. Download the manuals and exploded view of you wrench before starting.

O/H kit for my 1/2" IR impact. Everything needed was there, it all fit and my impact works as new again

Kit seemed to be complete and going well until I got to the reverse valve, stock has a Black and a blue oring on it and the are owe in size. The kit came with two black orings and the one is definitely wrong. I called IR customer service and the lady was pretty rude. I am waiting on a call back.

My 1/2" drive Ingersoll-Rand was running continuously. I found this kit here for my model, purchased and rebuilt my impact gun with it. OEM parts worked liked a champ. Made my impact gun like new.

The only problems I had were the vanes did not exactly match the originals and I had to search the internet to figure out these were an improved version.However, either I got confused by changed color codes or one of the o rings was the wrong size. I attempted to use it any way and ended up having to go buy the reversing valve with orings installed. Again, maybe that was my fault, but I don't really think so.Anyway, it's all good now.

My "Thunder Gun" Ingeroll Rand 2131 had given years of flawless service. Then, all of a sudden , when air pressure was attached, the gun would NOT stop running. Strange problem. This Tune up Kit repaired my Air Impact to like new condition. It was a snap to install also.
