Great for what I needed. I had to have a heart monitor on for a month and the receiver was a cell phone. It had to be within 30 feet it said but I found that just having a wall between me and the receiver sometimes caused a loss of signal. And not always having pockets was a problem. I wore this on my wrist and hardly knew it was there. I tries higher on my arm but bumped it too often. This was in July with 110 degree days and it was never uncomfortable.

This item was supposed to make my life easier. It didn’t.While the band is on your arm and if for any reason you need to remove the phone, you have to take the bad off your arm to replace it. It kept falling down off my hand as well.If your phone is heavy that only makes it worse, it keeps falling off your hand.
