So I recently bought the 6x3x2. I attempted to put it together by myself with the 3 instructions given. After screwing up a couple times I finally let it be for two weeks until my kid could give me a hand. When you buy the two foot depth it just comes with double the pieces. It was a lot of work and took us multiple hours with a few breaks to curse and throw things. Now that it’s together and all 70 bolts tightened with the teeny tiny screwdriver given as well as a wrench from my own tool box it looks nice and seems roomy but it was a lot of work. If you buy one make note that each piece has a back and front be sure to line up those holes flush with the supports before you screw anything in. Bit of a pain in the neck.

The Homegroove Galvanized Outdoor Raised Garden Bed is 6ft Large, 3ft Wide and 2ft deep which is a good size for my small summer garden and it will replace my wooden box that has worn out over time.Comes in a small heavy box, as all the parts inside are metal.- 8 Long Sheets 33.4in x 11.8in- 4 Short Sheets 31.5in x 11.8in- 4 Corner Connectors 3.9in x 22.45in- 2 L Shaped Brackets 22.45in- 3 Support Bars 35.5in- 2 Metal 5.9in Stakes- 1 Bag of 60 Short Screws- 1 Bag of 15 Long Screws- 1 Pair of Gloves- 1 Small ScrewdriverThe Garden Bed requires assembly and it is recommended to wear the included gloves as the edges in the metal are sharp, but once assembled, everything is fine. I used my own screwdriver (the one included is small) as I have large hands and a 10mm key to hold the nuts. Most of the assembly can be done by one person, but at some point you need to hold four sheets, an L Shaped Bracket, a Support Bar and try and screw and hold the nut. Much easier at this stage to be two. Total assembly takes about an hour, so not too long. I found the support bars where pulling on one side so it wasn’t totally straight, but once I have it installed and filled up with soil, it should be fine. The Garden Bed can be carried by one person walking inside the box holding each side as it is not heavy.Overall very happy with the Galvanized materials that won’t rust, and the size and height will be easy to work with. I’ll wait a couple of weeks until the weather warms up in my area to plant my vegetables.

Metal is as thin as paper. I purchased two of the same last year and were much better/ thicker. Same price but cheaply made.

This is a very sturdy raised bed planter. I've always wanted to try a steel planter as I like the clean lines of them and especially the fact that they'll last a long time. We are not yet in planting season here (soon, surely), but this is going to be a potato planter. Our soil has a high clay content, so past attempts have not been very successful. The planter takes a lot of soil to get it deep enough for planting. The dimensions are about 6'x3'x2', so 36 cubic feet, or 934 Litres of soil (give or take a bit, depending how full you want it to be.)Assembly takes two people, if you don't want to become aggravated with trying to hold pieces while also trying to get the screws in place. It's faster with two. It's also faster with my electric screwdriver. They provided gloves which were very handy. There is no bottom on this planter, which makes it lighter and also gives a little leeway for planting depth, as we loosened up the ground underneath some before putting it in place.I'm looking forward to getting some spuds planted in this thing next weekend. I hope the planter holds up as well as it should- it is galvanized steel, so I think it's going to be great.

This raised garden bed does require installation. Not difficult, but just a bit time consuming to get all the nuts/bolts put in. To note….the metal pieces are pretty sharp on some edges so I highly recommend using the included gloves during the assembly. Once assembled the exposed top metal is smooth and the sharp edges are hidden. There are support rods for the middle of the box to stop it from bowing out which is great, but unfortunately, the support rods are slightly shorter than the required width so it actually does the reverse and pulls the metal sides inwards….not really sure why the support rods are shorter…maybe it will somehow balance itself better overtime once the box is filled with soil. Aside from that, the garden bed is solid, a nice size, and has a good depth (almost 2 ft). It will work out nicely in my vegetable garden this summer.

This garden bed is as easy to assemble as other garden beds but double the work. It is double the work because on average it is also twice as deep as the average steel bed. There are lots of fasters to use in the assembly process so I used a cordless driver for quicker assembly. The garden bed provides a good height for deep rooted plants and also makes it easier to work with as one does not need to bend over as much to work with the soil and plants. This height is particularly good to have in cases where the beds are over concrete or other hard surfaces. The quality appears very good and it is all made of steel. There are three rods that are used in the center to hold the sides in. I constructed this indoors and carried it about 50 feet to its location. I will be placing a cardboard layer over the grass. It also comes with anchors should you require those, especially when waiting to fill it with soil. This upcoming season, I will be planting potatoes in this bed.
