Feels well made, liked the padding in the sides as extra protection and the width of the velcro is perfect! For your reference, started with 25lb on each side and feels like it can take much moreBelt is not needed and may remove it.Color is not quite appealing, got the pink one and was expecting something more vibrant but this is about the function, so I can totally compromise :)

This hip thrust belt makes exercising at home way easier.I put10 pounds on each side , and it works perfectly.The velcro is well made and it attach well.The belt is good quality and feels it can take more weight.It does not hurt my hip , and feels comfortable, i dont close it, on my hip, I just put it on .I definitely recommend this , great value for money.

I use this for hip thrusts at home rather than holding dumbbells on my hip which can be quite limiting when it comes to movement.This belt is easy to set-up and use. You can use it with or without clipping it around your waistI used this with 20lbs on each side, then upped to 25 and then 30 per side. No problems with the velcro holding or seams tearing.It’s really versatile, feels very secure and performs as described.Great addition to my home gym.

Can set 18kg kettlebells on both sides of this thing for hip thrusts. Doesnt come undone and been using it often
