Really disappointed in this faucet. Less than a year after install, there’s rust in two spots and it’s so hard to clean. Replacing a faucet within a year is a huge hassle and a waste but the faucet looks terrible. I wish I hadn’t bought it or would be able to return it. It’s garbage.

The design is great. Touchless isn't a great feature because it is either set as touchless or manual. Touchless works great, it's just my own mental perspective that isn't getting comfortable with it. People visiting need to know it's touchless or they wonder why the tap doesn't work

Don't buy I almost replace the dip tube in my hot water tank because the pipe bypasses internally when the handle is up and not in use it allows cold water to enter the hot pipe if your using hot water anywhere else in your house.

Invested in two of these for a master bath application and was really pleased with the look of the faucet compared with the much higher priced name-brand faucets they replaced. In terms of style, shape, color, it was almost an exact match. I did not install the 3-hole base-plate cover because it was not needed.The sensor works well and requires fingers to wave within a couple of inches for it to engage. That's good because you don't want it going on/off all the time when you're using the sink and washing hands/face/etc. Seems to me to be a good design. The water is also instant on - instant off - when the sensor is engaged. No drips, etc., and if I had any complaint about the system itself it's that the water shutting on/off so instantly creates more noise than the old manual valve system.I was a bit concerned replacing the sink drain beforehand, because I had never personally done that before, but it was easier than I expected. Had to use the wrench to tighten the nut under the sink bowl much snugger than I expected (because of an initial drip), but all has been fine since I finished the installation. Good to use the faucet/sink for a few minutes with a bright flashlight after installation while your cabinet is clear and ensure no drips anywhere.After a couple of months of use, we have been very pleased with the performance and functionality. The finish easily wipes clean for a "like-new" look. Our experience led to a like purchase for another heavily used bathroom in the house.
