These installed easily on F150 through factory holes. We took our time, smoked a few joints and went for it....about 4 hours total time with hand tools and our first time installing these type of running boards stoned but with practice and using air, 2 hours doesn't seem unreasonable.The price was very reasonable, welding quality is good and these seem perfect for the mostly city 4x4 lover we chose them for. The step feature is very nice but doesn't seem like it would take a lot of abuse. If you and your crew use your truck hard, these might not be your first choice.Overall I'm reasonably happy and would buy again 🙂 I took a picture from the back to show you how they installed on the back because I didn't see any clear pictures of that.Smiley1

Ça paraît bien beau petit LOOK offroad. Ça vaut 4xx$ mais ce n'est pas fait pour fair du offroad et servir de r"ocker giard". L'installation se fait bien mais les boulons "bolt" pour la levre du rocker pourrait être plus long un peu. Ça m'a pris 1h30 seul à installer dans mon entré.

I bought these to replace some tube bars that had rusted out from the inside. I like the drop steps as I have a 6" lift and it makes getting in and out of the truck much easier. It took me a total of roughly 6 hours to assemble and install. I took my time to make sure I was doing everything correctly. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. One note, even though lock nuts are included with the kit, I still put thread locker on every bolt. My thinking is these will be subjected to a lot of shaking, rattling and bumping, so for me it was worth a little bit extra to not have to worry about something loosening up. Also, make sure you use a torque wrench and tighten to spec. I thought I could wing it, but snapped one of the t-bolts by over tightening. I wasn't cranking down that hard at all when it snapped. It was a good excuse to get a torque wrench.All in all, super happy with the look and the install.

I think you will be very satisfied with these side-steps! I’m a welder/fitter for over 40 years and the craftsmanship on these sidesteps are excellent! The welds look 👀 like they are automatically welded and if they are done by hand you better not layoff your welders cause I’m very pleased! Thanks again!! WELL I’VE HAD THESE ROCK SLIDERS ON NOW FOR 2.5 YEARS NOW AND NOT EVEN A CHIP IN ANY OF THE PAINT!!! NOW I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THESE STEPS/ROCK SLIDERS TO ANYONE WITH A CREWCAB F150!!!
