Mounting hardware began to rust within six months had to remove running boards after a year as mounting hardware rusted and pealed paint. Looked horrible do not buy this product.

So far so good. Having been using these steps for the past two weeks and they seem to be of good quality. Sturdy and look pretty sleek on my 2023 Canyon AT4. Installation was fairly easy and took a few hours doing it by myself. Package arrived in good shape and all the parts were included. Instructions were helpful. The only packages marked left or right were the step bars so don’t be to quick to remove the plastic wrap until you know which side is which. It will just make things easier.

I’ve had these running boards for 2 years and I’m very happy with them. I started to notice the coating starting to flake off. It got to the point where the boards were more white than black. I contacted HD Ridez to see if anyone else was having the same problem. There customer service people were great they were very concerned with the problem and went out of their way to find out about the problem. I sent them pictures of the problem and they got back to me within 30 minutes and said they contacted the supplier and said they were going to replace the running boards with new stainless steel ones. They arrived at my house in 5 days. I am so happy with HD Ridez for not blowing me off like some other combines that I will tell everyone I know who are looking for after market parts that there is no better company to deal with than HD Ridez. Thank you guys very much.

I replaced the OEM running boards with these and am very happy with them. They seem well built and look great. Time will tell how long they last. Only weakness I saw when installing them was the bolts between the running board and brackets. Could have been engineered better and this is the only area I'm worried about long term.

Don’t over tighten the t screws that come with the steps as they will break and getting some new ones will cost you time. I barely put any force it them and I snapped one on the driver side. The style for the steps are nice, very different from bar steps. They fit perfectly on my gmc 2.8 2018.

Is value for your money. Good looking product.I'm a complete novice at this kind of work as with no experience I 2nd guess myself. Instructions were ok, but could be better and printed more clear. Pics in Instruction pagea were black and white. After an hr of crawling on the ground to fiqure this out it went somewhat smooth. Other then one of the steps having a gouge in it and the other missing an end cap, im happy. But let's see how hard it's going to be to get an end cap. And who do you contact, Amazon or the seller or company that makes them.Good news was I only needed one 13mm socket to assemble which was nice.So after I paint and seal the gouge. I wonder how long it will take our Canadian weather to make it rust!If I was able to do it again I would order the same product with the drop step in it. As this sits high. I have a 2017 Chevy colorado crew cab wt 4x4.And all the install help videos were different makes. And were only customer made videos. Iarmour should make their own professional videos!

Ordered and were delivered in three days. Put them on by myself and had no problems. Really made getting in and out of the truck easy now, was getting hard to get in with the old bars that were just under the door. They are sturdy and because of them being aluminum they should wear well. Took a little longer than it should have to put on but that’s because of Indiana weather being fickle. I would recommend these if you're looking for a step running board.
