I wanted to extend my anchor light height. Rather than get a whole new light I had a bit of 7/8 rail and added to the height using this as a sleeve to extend the pole. Works real eell, just be sure to make it real tight. A version could also add some more set screws if needed, I did not have to.

The actual interior size of this Wetoun sleve is 24mm or 15/16", outside is 30mm.
