The led chips are welded on a copper substrate and 3 copper tubes with one side half-exposed, which makes faster conduction of the heat.
The hollow-carved aluminum sink absorbs the heat from the copper tubes and the 12000 RPM turbofan draws the heat out from the bottom.

These bulbs are bright - much brighter than the original halogens. They’re also easy to install, and fit better than some LEDs I’ve tried. My only hesitation in using them in both my cars is that the Toyota uses the high beams at reduced output as DRLs through a PWM signal. I don’t know if these bulbs support that dimming function, or if they’ll just flicker or even perhaps cause damage. Since dedicated dimmable LED kits for Toyota seem to be a whole lot more expensive and require a separate power feed tied in to the battery, I very much doubt that these are suitable for the Canadian market Toyotas and I’m not going to chance it. If you have a US car without the high beam DRLs, then they’ll be great.

This is an excellent well made Super Bright 6000K White Light LED Replacement Bulbs. It's mainly made of aluminum with a nice size cooling fan and a thick nylon braided cable, The different key thing I love about this LED replacement bulb is its a solid mounting ring and not a universal ring that comes off when installing the replacement bulb.I have these Super Bright 24000 Lumen bulbs as my High Beams in my RV because I find myself driving dark much more and need better, safer lighting for when I'm traveling down the highway. With the 50000 hour life span, it should last well over 5.5 years of service life. It's very easy to install in the RV but it all depends on your vehicle where your lightbulbs are located.This is the perfect Super Bright Replacement LED Headlight Bulbs and when you compare the price of these LED Bulbs compared to the major big box stores, this is great value.

I was originally worried about if these would fit the headlight housing due to the box and fan attachments. These were not an issue at all as the bulb twists into the housing attachment and the female end of the connection attaches easily to the male and of the bulb.Depending on your vehicle and how much space there is to reach your headlight housing you might need to remove a few parts to get in easily but these are a great alternative to replacing halogen bulbs as they won't dim as quickly and are much brighter.

Je me suis procuré ce lot de 2 ampoules de phare LED H11 blanc froid pour remplacer les ampoules halogène qui j'avais sur mon auto. Les ampoules sont de très bonne qualité et l'installation est très facile. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de quoi que ce soit d'additionnel pour son installation sur mon auto (aucun ajustement nécessaire).Je voulais le blanc froid car je fais beaucoup de route de campagne dans la nuit. Ils sont parfaitement clairs et je me sens plus en sécurité car je peux voir plus loin que d'habitude.Son prix est abordable et je le recommande.

Easy to install with instructions if needed. Good replacement from halogen the size is similar. The light is powerful and good in the dark and fog. Made a huge difference from my old lights. Plug and play waterproof and built-in fan for cooling.

These LED headlights are seriously impressive. They’re brighter than the 55w HID bulbs I had installed on my car and light up instantly without any delay. The 24,000 lumens they produce are incredible, making the road ahead super visible. The 1300 feet of visibility is definitely noticeable, especially on dark roads.They’re also a lot safer, with a cool white light that’s easy on the eyes without being too harsh. Plus, the heat dissipation system is well-designed, keeping everything running smoothly for the long term. I can tell these are built to last with their 50,000-hour lifespan. Overall, they deliver superior brightness and instant lighting, which is a big improvement over what I’ve used in the past. If you’re looking for an upgrade, these will definitely do the trick!

GZ5CG H7 Led Headlight Bulbs 170W, 24000 Lumens, 6000K White, Fast Heat Dissipation, Nylon Wire with Fan, IP68, 12V & 24V - Pack of 2.These are an excellent value and one of the best bulbs I have used in my car. The bulbs seem to be of excellent workmanship and even the box has a quality feel.I was honestly sceptical when I saw that they were listed as 170W (85W each), but was presently surprised when I measured them. When cold they consume 89.2W each (13.6V×6.56A) and after about 7 minutes, when hot, they drop to 78.5W each (13.6V×5.77A). This is close enough to the listed value to call it true.Now, I don't have the equipment to measure the brightness, but I can say that these are the brightest LEDs I have seen and they have great viewing distance! (I have had the odd person flash their highs at me so I'll get my mechanic to check my headlight alignment).They do have an extra box (external driver), this measures 1+1/8" (29mm) W × 2+1/4" (57mm) L (to where the wires start) & 5/8" (16mm) D. The module does get fairly warm, but not so hot that it's melted or deformed the plastic in my light housing.The wires are also nice and flexible. It wasn't too hard to find a spot for the box beside the LED's heatsink. (Didn't block the fan)The LEDs have the standard removable collar that you mount first, the bulb then inserts and twists to lock (a center bump/notch would have been helpful to find 90°, however). Also, the bulbs are polarity sensitive, so check before replacing your dust caps.Apart from the great light output, one of the best things is that I no longer get the bulb out warning ⚠ in my car! These are the only H7 LED bulbs that have been error free in my S60 Volvo (European cars seem to be picky).I have been using these for about a month now with no issues and highly recommend them if you have space for the extra box in your light housing.Definite 5 stars!
