In a space filled with a variety of brands, Govee stands out as a consistent choice for quality, excellence and ease of use. i own a number of Govee products so was excited to open the box when it arrivedThe lamp is very very easy to assemble. Nice solid feel and quality material. What really makes this stand out is the app. It is straight forward. Simple to use and powerful. It changes colors easily, can coordinate to your music and perform light shows if that's your thing. I have it connected to Alexa for commands as well as on a schedule to turn on and off.Great light for the price and quality for what you get

Govee has become a really trusted brand to me, I just expect their stuff to be good.This light is solid as expected. Pretty simple to assemble, just a few small screws to connect each section of track together, then connect the one wire the only way it can, and push the rubber diffuser with LED lights inside the track.It can connect to my presets and run along with my other lights if I want. Inside I have some up lights, TV backlight, and a few similar floor lights, so they along with the permanent outdoor lights can all sync up and run tons of their lightning programs.Most of the time though I'm just using the new light on illumination mode via my home buttons on Google home. These connect to Google home and Alexa fine if you want to use voice commands (both still verbally respond though even though a light turning on if pretty obvious).I can't think of one thing from these guys that hasn't been good. Always happy with their stuff.

I love this lamp. It was a little cumbersome to set it up, but when I did, it looked great. The seems between each segment are a little annoying to get perfectly tight so you don’t see any light coming through. The smart features like connecting with Alexa work flawlessly. The different lighting options and presets are lots of fun and really create a custom atmosphere. If not for the price, this would be a five star for me.

I own a Govee neon rope, and also the Govee light bars, and I absolutely love them. Every day I look at them and think how awesome they are. They are bright, beautiful, and seamless, with no dark spots or visible LEDs, displaying gorgeous rainbow wave patterns. I also have a $30 TJOY floor lamp that looks very similar, but not as nice and has seams in the lamp. So I was very excited to get a Govee floor lamp, expecting the same quality LEDs. Sadly, it is a completely different product, using cheaper LEDs with large, visible gaps. I guess all of the budget went towards the nice frame and the smart home integrations. Admittedly, this lamp is designed to face the wall, so you don't see the LEDs, but I prefer to flip them around and see the beautiful lights. Oh well, I guess that's a me problem.
