Tear-Resistant Seams and Curved Edge Design
Designed from 185GSM high density polyethylene, shade sail canopies are ultra durable. The double-layered, reinforced seams are third party tested to be tear-resistant, and the curved edge design helps enhance pull strength and prevent drooping.
Breathable and Permeable
Sail canopies allow cooling air through the permeable fabric so you can enjoy a light breeze and stay cool. To prevent drooping and pooling during rainfall, sails allow water to pass through. Not recommended for use in heavy rain or snow.

Its the exact size we were looking for. It’s super thick but isnt very heavy. It looks so good above our patio and works so well. It’s water resistant but it does pool on top, which is probably our fault.

Best picture I have, it’s on the right hanging down, blocking the afternoon sun, I can now use my balcony in the blast of summer, still enough light for my plants not to suffer, a huge difference in my power bill from month before (over $100 less!), probably at least 20F cooler. I take it down for the off season.I hung it from the balcony above so only some hooks were required. Before and after pictures.

I live in a state with intense summer heat, and I was concerned about keeping my outdoor hens comfortable. A friend recommended a shade cover to extend from my fence to the house, providing shade for both the henhouse and my side glass door, which would benefit the hens and help cool that part of the house.I decided on the Gorilla Grip Heavy Duty Sun Shade and had a friend install it for me. I wish it would have been 3 feet wider but it is shaded when sun is above us not when it is east of us or west the coverage is not wide enough for that
