This came in horrible condition. It was warped. Such a disappointment and bad experience from the seller to receive it in poor condition like that. Won't buy this again and wouldn't recommend it.

My Husband installed my new toilet seat was so happy to get it, until I used it for the first time and it snapped.It is made of particleboard. Not a solid wood seat.Would not recommend.

Nice solid seat !! It closes very quietly and is easy to clean and was easy to install ! Well worth the extra money !! Seat looks great and does add a bit of class to the toilet ,as much as a toilet can be classy 😂 I've had it now for over a month and it's the best toilet seat I've had . No complaints at all ! If you're looking for a good seat you found it !!

Overall has a sound build quality and looks wonderful. The soft close lid is pleasant to have as well. I have noticed some rust begin to develop on the hinge under the seat and am looking for ways to correct that.

Le design du bois est beau, la qualité est bonne mais le siège de toilette n'est pas assez grand, il lui manque un minimum de 1 a 2 cm puisque, on voit le bol et il devait être gris et il est beige
