These were a perfect match in size to the originals that had gone bad. They work great & the hood now lifts easily and stays up on my 2004 Dodge Ram !500.

I got these for my Dodge Ram 1500. And at first worked as expected, but 2days ago my Husband was doing some routine maintenance and a little gust of wind and the hood of the truck slammed down on his back and head. He has bruising all over his back top half.
