I thought these were to elevate the table as I thought it would be cool to fly around the yard as we were eating dinner. They did not have enough power. And when I reached over to get some dip on my chip I about cut my nose off with one of the darn things. I will say there weren't flys around, either from these things or the flys knew to not eat my wife's cooking.

These little fans are amazing in warding off flies, bugs and even wasps. Gave one to friends for camping and they loved it too.

Used during a recent bbq event. Product seem to have kept flies away. You need a lot of room to keep amongst the food being served. Manufacture should provide needed batteries. I imagine in general that the product is useful.

These Fly Fans are of extremely poor quality. They arrived in a box without any images of the fan, and the assembly instructions lacked any diagrams. Frustrated, I broke the first one while attempting to put it together. I had to resort to watching a video on Amazon where a woman demonstrated assembly. Despite her suggestion that the fans could be hung upside down, I found that the blades simply fell off.I have to question the credibility of the video producer. While the fan did manage to keep flies away, it's evident these are low-quality products—I've already broken one. I would recommend investing in higher-quality fans that are more durable and less likely to end up in a landfill. I doubt these fans will last through the summer.

A friend of mine and I recently went to Georgia on a weekend get away. We stumbled across these during our travels, and I loved them so much that I immediately bought a four pack for my home in NY. We love these!! They are excellent for keeping flies away from your food...particularly if you are serving food buffet style outdoors. Highly recommend!!

We bought a set of these for a family picnic being held on a farm, where the flies can be very bad. We were skeptical, but we set these up beside each bowl and plate on the picnic table and they kept the flies off completely! The flies were terrible that day, but as long as the fans were running, they did not land on the food. Highly recommend.

These are great devices and really work. Great when serving food outdoors, especially during wasp season.What baffled me was that the instruction manual has zero pictures or directions to assemble. Not even a picture on the box? It’s not complicated but I can imagine some getting frustrated and breaking something.I had to go back to the original Amazon listing to find pictures to figure out how to put them together. Always amazes me how a seller can put something out on the market without checking for the basic fundamentals.Just a simple picture and a couple of simple 1 line directions. That’s the reason for 4 star.

These have been fantastic at keeping the flies away while eating outside. Our friends and family were so impressed by them that they ordered as well. Having 4 at this price is amazing, we don't have to worry about what end of the table to put them at.I definitely recommend these if you enjoy eating outdoors!

I seldom give 5 stars but these exceeding my expectations. We use them all the time for dinner in summer. Keep flys away and don’t even notice if the blade hit you. Of not don’t work great in the wind as blades are too flexible
