The rapid monofin is a recreational monofin designed for teenagers and adults. The large single-blade teaches swimmers a proper undulation in the water, while obtaining a great core and leg workout. The rapid's flexible blade makes swimming more enjoyable as users can swim at greater speeds and depths. The rapid is a versatile monofin that can be used in a pool, lake or ocean and comes with adjustable heel straps that can be fitted to various sizes. The rapid also comes with quick-release foot strap that provide added safety in the water.

These are very well made and I wanted them to work but they are very narrow. My feet are average and never had a problem buying shoes and I had no problem with the length but unless the max with of your foot is 3 inches (I measured) you will not be able to get your feet in the slots.

Cumple con su función perfectamente.Aconsejo ponerse un poco de gel de baño hidratante en los pies antes de introducirlos en la monoaleta, para que así resbalen y entren mejor.Para evitar rozaduras una gota de vaselina pero no mucha porque deteriora la goma con el tiempo y además las cintas resbalan y la monoaleta se acaba soltando de los pies mientras nadas.No lleva funda, aconsejo que compren esta de la marca Sweam que cabe perfectamente y con suficiente espacio para introducir más objetos (otra monoaleta, aletas, tabla de natación, tubas de respiración, etc.. ):Sweam - Bolsa De Transporte Para Monoaletas SWEAM - 2 o 3 monoaletas https://www.amazon.es/dp/B00JRZR11A/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_ESGEQHRM39M54NKN3RE0

Little tight for my feet. But what a work out. Been using them for 3 weeks. I feel stronger already. Wish I’d had this when I competed in fly!

It didn't fit my wide feet (I'm a triple e width if that helps anyone else out there) and felt weird to swim with, I think if it had fit I may have had an easier time with it but I was in excruciating pain so I returned it (thank you amazon for being awesome!)

This is my first monofin and I'm very pleased with it. I've used it twice so far and it seems to be very well constructed. The fin/fluke is quite stiff and it does take some getting used to but It has incredible propulsion once you maintain rhythm of your dolphin kick. So far love it.

I got the two day shipping, and it came within three days, it was awesome, comes in a HUGE box, that's relatively well packed. The fin is much bigger than expected, but the moment you put it on it feels like magic. I wear a size 9 shoe, and I'm a girl. The foot pocket was a little big with the straps not going to the tightness I needed so sometimes the strap would slip off. I'm most likely going to get water socks so that it would slide around on my feet. My friend who is a size 12 men could not fit in the foot pocket. Fairly easy to adjust, but it feels amazing in the water. The click is a little hard to get when putting it back on after pushing the emergency button, but you can feel the click so after you get used to it, you are good to go. The propulsion you get with the Rapid is amazing. I'm using this for mermaiding, and it's helped me swim better, get trimmer, and figure out good tricks. I would highly recommend this product. I'm in love with my monofin, and would highly suggest if you want a good medium with more propulsion than the foil, but less expensive than the competitor then this is what you want!

My daughter, who is 13, wanted this fin so she could be like a mermaid in the pool with the mermaid tail I made her. She swam just fine with the fin and mermaid tail on and it held up well throughout the past summer and looks like it is well-built to last through many more summers. It is really large and awkward at first though.
