Arrived. Doesn't work. Fan beeped on turning on the power to the fan, but will not start up or turn light on. I am a certified Electronics Tech. New batteries, even tested them in a battery tester. Still does nothing. I did their ts steps before even reading the ts steps. But, I went through their steps just for giggles. Still doezn't work. Nothing like getting your fan in 94° weather and it is a dud!

I bought this ceiling fan for my basement gym and love it. Here are the pro's and con's:PROs:1.) It comes with a 16+ foot power cord. This is perfect for hanging and reaching a close outlet.2.) The plastic fins are 10 inches long each and removeable if you need to clean.3.) The fan comes with a long maneuverable stem that can be hooked to anything. It is made of thick wire and can be bent to meet any needs.4.) The fan is 5 speeds!5.) The light is bright and comes in 3 brightness settings: warm, cool, and bright6.) The remote controls the entire fan and comes with a wall holderCONS:1.) The fan is white so dust and dirt will collect and show2.) Pairing the remote to the fan at first can be difficult3.) The remote seems cheaply made and no batteries come with it4.) The fan cannot be used without the remote. So if the remote breaks, its time to toss the fan out.Overall, I like it and feel it is a good value for what you need it for. It is lightweight and easy to install anywhere including patio, porch, gazebo, workbench, garage, shed or gym. I recommend this.

Nice outdoor fan. I was surprised by how small it is, but it gets the job done and it doesn't feel like it's cheaply made. I have a 14'x12' gazebo and this fan works just fine for that size, but anything larger than that space might require a fan with longer blades for better air flow.It was extremely easy to put together. Pretty self explanatory. Some of the blades took a little more effort to insert that others, but I got it done. The battery cover on the remote control was weirdly difficult to get open.Once I got it assembled and plugged in I had some difficulty getting it paired. It wasn't a difficult pairing process. Just the push of a button, but for some reason it took several minutes of unplugging and replugging to get it paired.I really love the light on this fan as that was a feature that I really wanted in an outdoor fan. There's several brightness levels with warm and cool lighting.Everything about this fan feels like it's a good quality fan. Even on it's highest setting the rod isn't wobbling. It would be the absolute perfect fan if it was a tad bit bigger.

This is a fabulous little fan. I have tried to use the socket fan that actually goes in a light socket for power and that was just not a good experience. This is totally different, except that they still call it a socket fan which was a bit confusing for me, but otherwise - having the ability to plug this in and then use an on off switch makes me happy. It's currently being used in our laundry room for helping dry those items that need to be hung rather than machine dried. The instructions are well written, the light on the fan is really bright and useful and the fan actually moves. a great deal of air at it's little size. Make sure you pair the remote, it took me a minute to figure out what was wrong (I thought I got a dud but nope, user error) - all in all, this will be a terrific addition!!
