I recently purchased this jacket that, while warm and well-made, left me disappointed with its packaging. When I opened the box, I found the jacket stuffed inside a Target shopping bag, which was partly inserted into an open clear bag with green writing. I later learned that these clear bags typically signify returned products. While I don’t mind receiving returned items as long as they’re new and in good condition, I do expect proper packaging. The poor presentation of this jacket reflects a lack of quality control and care from Amazon. It’s a shame because the product itself is great, but the way it was delivered doesn’t inspire much confidence.
