I wore these after delivery in the 2 days I stayed in labor and delivery. They were super comfortable and cute. All the nurses complimented me! I sized up because I wanted them loose. I was about 247 pounds and got an XL they fit perfectly. They have adjusters in the shorts to make them bigger/smaller.
