Bought a 2003 Tahoe and tried to find these at several auto stores. One lady finally told me to order from Amazon because they were cheaper and I would get them faster. She was not wrong. Been on my vehicle about 4 months and they have been great.

Fairly priced set of two (2) gas struts for the rear liftgate of my 2000 Tahoe. Took 5 minutes to install and test. Be sure to have a tiny bit of lubricant for the mounting pins, otherwise went extremely well. You quickly realize how much weight these hold when you remove one and the liftgate quickly falls downward!

It fits great and took a couple minutes to install. Don’t put up with the tail gate falling on you anymore.

Impressed, would highly recommend. For I have found them to fit perfect and surely not even close to a knock off. My back door is now able to stay open with me not having to worry I would get knocked out, and or holding the door to get my groceries in. Highly recommend
