Featuring double and single feeds, these high-impact seals are constructed from UV resistant abs plastic, and provide weatherproof protection. Whether you use our feed-through bushings in conjunction with your coaxial cable TV needs, low-voltage power cables for your CCTV systems, or to run antenna cable through your living room using these as wall plate replacements, they serve as the perfect solution and will get the job done.
Additionally, these protect coax cables, category cables (such as Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat3), Speaker Cables, and other wires as they pass through wall openings. They are weatherproof and UV resistant. It is very common to use these cables along baseboards, walls, and other places - replacing where a wall plate (wall plate) would go. They are available in Single and Double push-through openings. All bushings have two additional 'knockouts' that may be cut out (by simply pushing a rigid wire through) that allow for up to two additional wires to be run with the main wire (or wires). These are often used for grounding wire on satellite systems, telephone cables, and low-voltage power cables for camera (CCTV) systems.

This grommet worked really good, I was able to run two coaxial lines, punch a hole through an exterior wall, and pull the cables through this grommet. I also used a dual coaxial connector wall plate on the inside wall to make the job look clean and professional.

These bushings were just the thing for 14 gauge speaker wire passing through a hollow wall to some patio speakers. They look fine. The installation was easy with an adjustable wrench opened and laid flat and some taps from a hammer. Others may have equally satisfactory methods. If I needed more, I would purchase more of these.

I bought these to clean up the coaxial wiring of my Attic antenna install. Note from the photograph that I am not finished yet, that photo is a tripping hazard, I still need to add a project box above the grommets to mount the amplifier in.Many reviews say these grommets do not work with quad-shield RG6. They do, but it's not easy. Two of the RG6 cables in my photo are quad-shield, one (left-most, from the power supply) is only dual-shield RG6 and that one fit easily.To get quad-shield RG6 to work, the cut on the coax has to be clean. Not all of the grommets in my 10 pack would cooperate, but it seems manufacturing variance allows some to work. A little petroleum jelly on the coax helps.Pull the coax through the 1/2" hole that was drilled and then try to get into the point end of the grommet. If it doesn't succeed, snip off the now-damaged end of the RG6 and try a different grommet. It seems about one out of every three grommets does let quad-shield RG6 through although it is a very tight fit. Once it is through, you can work the grommet down the cable all the way to the hole and install it into the hole.That's why I gave it four out of five stars, if the inside diameter had just been the tiniest bit larger, quad-shield RG6 would always fit nicely.Once the grommet is pushed into the 1/2" hole, it isn't too difficult to push excess quad-shield back through the grommet as needed.For my three holes, I used 1/2" holes drilled about 1 and 3/4 inches center to center apart.

Works perfectly but will only fit Ethernet cable without the RJ45, you can however as another user said slice it to slide the cable with the RJ45 already on it but you have to heat the bushing in hot water first since if you try to slice it when it's out of the back it will just break, other then that it makes the installation outside look clean and flush to the wall you just drilled a hole for. Also don't forget to add clear waterproof silicone to the bushing before installing it and also after installing it (around it) so it makes a complete waterproof seal on the wall.
