When I saw my new square reader I knew that between my husband and I someone was gonna set it down on the table at a craft fair and POOF it’s lost. This little base is great. It makes it easy to find and has plenty of weight to make us put it back in the right spot on our check out stand.

Very heavy so it stays put. Very convenient for locales I don’t have access to electricity. Battery life was good at event and auto shutoff saved me from having to keep it on a charger.

This does not fit the 2nd generation Square POS - should have clued in when listing says ‘2st generation’!!!
