I was happy when I first got the steps, but just a month into winter and the coating is starting to flake off already. DNA Motoring said I had to deal with Amazon. Amazon was willing to let me return them with a 20% restocking charge. So if I take them off in the middle of winter and take a $50 hit, I can ship them at my cost back to Amazon, at which time they will reimburse me for the shipping. It really should be DNA Motoring's responsibility to warranty their product. I would not recommend these steps to anyone.

Not the best quality I've ever seen but for price not bad at all. Easy to install. My extended cab 2011 F-150 only needed 3 of the 4 brackets on each side. The bracket that's not used rattles around so maybe you could undo the end and slide one out, but I just cut a scrap piece of aluminum at work and bolted it tight so the rattle would go away
