Drilled a dozen holes in concrete slabs without issue. Holes were nice and clean and true. Doesn't seem any the worse for wear.

I ordered this diamond core 1 inch with 58-11 thread granite hole saw dry or wet drill because my son needed something to drill through the granite. Obviously, I have no idea of what these drill bits are for or what they do but I knew he would. This drill bit is big and is used for drilling the core on granite, marble, concrete, hard natural stone and masonry. It has 25/35 grits which are more aggressive and durable and there are vacuum Brazed Diamonds on the outside Core to give you clean cut and steel core protection. They are to help you if you are doing it by hand to make the hole just a little bigger and to clean the hole up. We don't own a angle grinder which this diamond core bit is widely used in and so he didn't use it at this time, but he was glad to add it to his inventory of bits. I hope this little bit will help you somehow.

I have only done a little bit of cutting with it, but it does cut into stoneIt is a little bit more wobbly on the skil grinder then I would like, but it is not too bad, it is still usable. The wobble could easily be my tool and not the hole saw.I am new to this sort of cutting tool, ...it will take some time before I know if I think it is worth the price or not

I don't have the experience of the reviewer who "drilled 15 holes in granite" with one bit, and was a bit dissatisfied, but thought it ok at the price.Anytime I drill 15 holes in granite with a single bit I will be ecstatic. This one is, however, priced much higher than some others.

I prefer the hole saws with teeth, but for the price this one’s not bad. Drilled 15 holes in granite. Keep grinder at lower rpm’s and it will last a while.
