The name alone has been dear to me to the fact that it’s my got too for cutting aluminum door frames or other style materials but started installing toilet partitions and cutting thru tile to install hardware I was disappointed. I have better luck using 4 spade bit 1/4”-5/16”. I could have been using it wrong speed or something but did try water and dry. But tile is a weird beast due to one will not cut good and exact same tile will cut like butter the next.
