The top bracket (10mm bolt) needed to get bent in order to align correctly and be flush with the bolt hole. That said, I still needed to force the other end into the thermostat housing to get it to fit. Way more work than necessary and I'm worried that in having to physically alter a piece of iron with my bare hands and pliers I'm causing my own eventual downfall. I don't know if it's exactly OEM quality but seeing as it's damn near impossible to find, this is fine. If coolant goes spewing everywhere after I fill it with coolant because it wasn't manufactured to the correct angles and I had to take it off and do that myself tomorrow I'll give this 1 star.

Thanks to China! This product really saved my car. I was told that this heater pipe was on back order from Acura, and that there is no ETA. I ordered this After market heater pipe and it works! It didn’t take much readjusting. This is also a very timely repair and FYI if you going to change the heater pipe you might as well change the thermostat, and the thermostat housing gasket while you at it.

Definitely far from OEM but it'll work. As others have said in reviews, you have to drill the holes out with a drill bit bigger than the holes provided. There are 4 points of contact this pipe makes: 1) the stub down with the O-ring on it that goes into the thermostat housing; 2) a bolt bracket that goes onto the engine; 3) another bolt bracket that goes onto the engine after it wraps around near the purge solenoid; and 4) the end of the pipe that goes into a rubber coolant line. 1 and 4 weren't a problem for me, as the stub down O-ring end went into the housing fine and the other end went into the rubber coolant line fine. The problems are 2 and 3 - the bolt brackets. They are off by quite a bit, and not just the hole position but the actual bend of the pipe does not allow for the brackets to come into contact with their respective engine bolt holes. So what I did was I chose to forgo installing the first bolt under the air intake plenum and just installed the 10 mm bolt for the bracket that's on the driver side of the engine right by the purge solenoid. One bolt is fine and there was no movement or wobble to the pipe whatsoever. No leaks this far. Good luck getting your old O-ring side of the pipe out of the thermostat housing. Mine broke off in there while trying to wiggle it up and out. I used a flat head screwdriver to pry up on that broken off end in the thermostat housing, which made it easy but also resulted in a small chip on the rim of that thermostat housing hole your pipe goes into, but not a big deal as the O-ring will seat well below that rim. Look up the Drew's Garage video on this job as I had a very very similar experience.

The heater pipe for our Honda CRV 2010 split. The part was on backorder at Honda. After 3 weeks of being parked, the dealer gave us a part # so we could try and source one ourselves. Thank goodness for Amazon! The part came quickly and was installed with ease. Thank you!!

Arrived quickly. Contacted Dealer looking for this part for a customer. It was back-ordered with no expected timeline. Dealership gave me the part number and I was able to search it to Amazon. The tube is exactly what was needed!
