Product itself was sub-par. Charged and worked extremely abnormally slowly. I've been trying to get a refund or repaired or replaced unit since April. Is still unresolved and now I'm being ghosted. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Got two of these for our twins last year, and within 6 weeks both of the screens had stopped working. However, we paid for the 24 month warranty on them, so no big deal. Got them both replaced.Since then, the performance has dropped dramatically in spite of only having a small handful of apps, constantly clearing excess files, and not allowing any photo or video to be taken with them. It takes a solid ten minutes for them to fully turn on, and it's frustrating for me to try to open apps sometimes, so it's doubly frustrating for the kids.A couple of weeks ago one of them stopped charging entirely. Tried new cables, different outlets, etc, nothing. Still had that two year protection plan, right? Wrong. Once a replacement was sent the contract was voided, so we are SoL having had now, essentially, three of these tablets fail within one year.Save yourself the headache, and don't even bother. Spend a little more for something that will hold up.Edit to add: Today the other one's screen stopped working, so cool. Same deal with Asurion's "protection."

The product is great. It is extremely user friendly. I like the fact that is has a easy set up and if you buy another one you can easily transfer everything using a Google account. The screen is verry nice. I also like the cover that it comes with for the outside. I find this to be a verry good buy for anyone who is looking for something durable. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. We also found the battery life to be verry good as well.

Value for money but the battery is horrible. After 2 weeks of use, the battery couldn't charge more than 38% even when it is charged all day.

On video chat. The other caller will notice play back of their voice. Loud tablet. At volume low as it goes. It's very loud still. Love it still though. A little heavier.

Acheter cette tablette pour mon enfant et nous sommes très content et d'ailleur lui aussi. Tablette spécialement conçu pour enfant avec des jeux preloader pour eux. On peut aussi par la suite en charger d'autres. Vidéo et internet accessible et avec contrôle parental.

Overall, this is a really good tablet. We switched to this tablet from the fire tablet specifically for the screen size. Screen size is fantastic and great video quality. It was priced around the same as other kids tablets and definitely worth the value. My only issue with this tablet is the battery life. If your kid is a frequent user of a tablet then I would always have a charger around because battery life goes quick. The battery life in a kids fire tablet is better but it also just depends how frequently you use it I guess.
