My older sewer hose connector broke and this made quick work for the repair. Saved some money and about 1 minute to complete the repair.

I had to buy this new hose end because the Rhino hose I bought, which is replacing my Rhino hose from 6 years ago, was damaged beyond repair. So after receiving the new Rhino hose and noticing how much more flimsy it is compared to the original one I had, I still decided to keep it. The next problem was stuffing the hose in my trailer hose holder.. the new Rhino hose is 5" longer than the old one and doesn't fit in the holder. So I had to spend the money to buy a new end and shorten the hose the amount needed to fit. Good thing this new end fit perfect and was easy to install.

Product worked exactly as planned. Good quality and leak free as I am using the attachment on permanent stationary trailer set up to septic tank

I like the quality of the Rhino Flex hoses and fittings. The best I have used and no complaints (unless I grumbled about the price, but you do have to pay for quality!).

One of the best sewer hoses on the market! Locks in and never any leaks. You may have to replace your fittings from time to time due to wear. I am replacing mine after 6 years. Over time and much use, the male bayonet fitting does not lock in as well as when it is new. And you should have some of the Camco 39834 Sewer Hose Replacement Gasket on hand on you RV. These tend to dry out and not seal adequately. Especially if it is a long time between uses. From the hose down to the fittings, it makes one of the less desired tasks to complete when camping a bit easier!

I got this to replace the end I cut off my Camco hose while fashioning a shorter hose to empty my portable tank. The cheapy ones from the Big W box store don't do as well. These allow rotation of the hose, are built well, and don't leak. Works for me...

Threading the collar onto the spring piping was difficult. Multiple attempts cross threaded the collar and then made turning impossible. The successful attempt, had the hose hanging straight down, maximizing the space between the spring coils that are embedded in the plastic pipe. With the collar installed, now the bayonet end, similar prob with cross threading but since this piece goes on the end of the pipe, can't effectively hang the plastic pipe and screw the bayonet piece on. It just takes a lot of finess.Once installation is complete (took me close to 1 hr), the unit creates a water/sewage tight seal, which is its intended purpose. Very statisfied.
