Je suis très satisfaite. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas la première paire de chausson de ce modèle que j'achète.

I went through multiple shoes as a brand new adult ballet dancer. I did not know what I was doing when choosing initially. I stumbled across these and liked the idea of a canvas leather hybrid. Boy, am I glad I invested! Although I probably should have gone a size up, I absolutely love how comfortable this slipper fits. It makes my feet look amazing during class and I can bend them very freely to complete all of the movements. I also feel very stable while I'm dancing and because they are soft they don't feel tight. I forgot them one night and had to wear my all canvas slipper and immediately realized how much better I dance and how much more foot control I have when I wear this hybrid slipper. Will definitely be purchasing again but possibly in a slightly bigger size. I normally wear a size 8 (39/40) but I have a bit of a wide foot, I ordered a 7C but I found it to be a tiny smidge small (I also wear a very thin stocking sock inside the shoe during class so my feet don't get sweaty), although I do feel comfortable when I'm dancing, next time I'm considering going just one size up to see if that happens to be the perfect fit

I wear 37 flats and 38 running shoes. I have a narrow sole, so it fits pretty good 👍

I read a lot of the reviews that were already on here about these ballet slippers, and I checked the sizing chart on the actual Bloch website, which I highly suggest checking before purchasing these off of Amazon. I recommend going down a couple sizes, as these shoes will start to stretch with wear since they are genuine leather. The only thing I will say is that the elastics were a bit tight on my foot, but still manageable. I'm sure over time they will stretch a little bit. If I had the option I probably would have went with the elastics that you stitch on yourself, because there is no space left to loosen them if they are a bit tight. All around great shoes, love practicing my ballet in them!

Started out great, then quickly went down hill. I have only had them for a couple months and the toe area has expanded...so now for any turns it is too baggy and when I point my toes the shoes don’t work with my feet..not ideal for any dancer. I’m dancing three times a week and it has become an inconvenience since this means I need to find a different shoe and I live two hours away from any dance store. Bloch went down in my book.

Very happy with the sizing. Very good pricing compared to the few dance stores that carry my daughter's size.

I bought these slippers last year--two pair for me, one in leather, one in canvas, and two pair for my teenage son. We both started ballet as adult novices and as such knew very little about ballet slippers and which would be the best. After a year of classes I can say, I love the leather Blochs. My son prefers the canvas. Both have held up well, have molded to our feet, and performed beautifully. I will purchase these again when the need arises. Very pleased with my purchase. I've also purchased Bloch tap shoes and am very pleased with those as well.

These feel okay but the insides rub on the arch where the straps attach to the inside. Got them the day before class and wore them a few times before actually looking at them...there are two of the same shoe (tag on the same side of each) and one of them has a twisted strap that is sewn that way! Angry at myself for not getting a refund!!!

I bought these because Ive started with the ballet beautiful program and I needed attire that would fit me after the baby. Besides, I always wanted a pair of black ballet shoes! The Bad:- it's kinda hard to tell which shoe is which. The right and the left look exactly the same. At least to me.- The front of the shoe seems just a little high. Not really a big deal, but I guess it's a question of aesthetics.- The elastic band comes pre attached. Not me, but Im sure the pros would like to measure and sew it in themselves given their difference in arch and other feet criteria. The GOOD!:- I love them! I love the feel and look of the leather without being too shiny.- They look very lean and they mold quite nicely to my feet. There's no weird gap when I go on releve or eleve.- the adjustable elastic is quite long so picking a comfort zone is fairly easy and it doesn't cut into my skin or bother me in any way.- The heel of the shoe is perfect for my feet. (I have a rather large heel which makes it hard to shop for certain shoes.)- The shoe stays on comfortably whether Im wearing tights or not.- The shipping was free with Prime and I got them within 3 days. The packaging was the original and in mint condition.- The canvas insert in the soles is barely noticeable and it's more comfortable for pointing.- Also, it grips the floor just fine when standing and slides easily when needed.Ok, so I'm no ballerina but I've had ballet classes before so I know enough to invest in the right brands and products but not enough to be considered an expert. Ive always been a big fan of Capezio and I have a lot their stuff including jazz shoes, which are almost 9 years old! Since leather it's so easy to keep clean I figured I should give Bloch a chance. The capezios also split soles with a bit of a heel and a Neoprene stretch arch insert that's constantly "pulling" which makes it harder to sustain a second position. Besides, I bought them for a ballet/social dance class which made sense at the time. Also, the top part of the shoe kind of hits me where my foots bends. The Bloch Women's Prolite II Hybrid Ballet Slipper is a much comfortable shoe for ballet and its a much better fit
