I have applied the screen protector as per the instructions but don't see any changes while using it.

I have to say that this screen protector is a good option for anyone who spends a lot of time in front of their computer screen. The anti-blue light feature helps to protect your eyes from the harmful blue light that is emitted from computer screens, which can cause eye strain, headaches, and even disrupted sleep patterns. The installation process is really easy. The protector comes with an adhesive strip that allows you to easily attach it to your monitor without any air bubbles or wrinkles. I appreciate that this screen protector doesn't compromise the clarity or color accuracy of the display. It's very transparent and doesn't cause any blurring or distortion. Overall, I would recommend this blue light screen protector to anyone who is looking for an affordable and effective way to protect their eyes from the harmful effects of blue light. I do wish you dodn't have to stick it right to the monitor though. I would prefer something that would hang on the monitor and could be taken off and on easily. I ordered these for work where I don't have the option of choosing my own monitors, but at home I tend to purchase the monitors with protection built-in, and I also wear glasses now with built-in blue blocking as well.

The BaBaoshim anti blue light screen protector for monitors (24" for 16:9) is an easy to use product to protect you from the effects of blue light.The product comes in an easy to install format that gives you the option for bezel and no bezel monitors.After installing the monitor has a thin piece of plastic over it that helps filter out blue light. There's not much difference to the picture except fora bit of darkening as less light makes it through.The product is good quality and reduces glare and protects matte screens that have no glass coverage. The protector works well and is non intrusive and stays on the monitor no problem.Overall this is a great way to limit blue light from your monitor however most modern monitors already limit the blue spectrum and Windows/Mac also can limit blue light. This protector is great for older monitors without blue light limiting technology or simply to help protect the surface of the monitor from dirt and damage.

Just installed this and it was quite easy to do so. The monitor I have already has a blue light filter built into it, and I am unsure if this will make much of a difference. However, this monitor is getting old and I do have a brand new one that I can install this on when I saw it in. The new monitor does not have an active blue light filter in it, so this may provide additional protection for my eyes. Will see in time.This installed very easily over my current monitor and I have a second set of adhesive strips to use on the new monitor as well, so very happy about that. Overall a solid standard blue light filter screen, just a little short at the top leaving a small 1/8" gap between the filter and the top of the screen.Would recommend.

I have blue light film in my glasses but I truly notice the difference in eye strain if I’m wearing contacts so I wanted a film to protect my eyes when I’m not wearing my glasses and this does a great job and I no longer feel the strain on my eyes.Easy to apply and set up as well which is great

This appears to be a reasonably decent blue light and/or UVA filter that seems to be reasonably well-constructed and it looks like a gigantic piece of screen protector for cell phones whereas most other filters that I've come across are either acrylic (with coated films) or even glass (but those are heavy). It may or may not have worked as blue light filter (more on that); however, its claims for UV filtering (or rather, the 99% reduction claim) is somewhat questionable based on my tests.It fits very well for a 16:9 24" monitor, nearly perfectly. I'm not certain what the actual material is but it's very similar to ordinary screen protector for phones and/or tablets but it's just a much larger piece of it (noticeably thicker though). While I can't ascertain whether it works to filter out intended blue light, I can certainly still see the same color AND intensity of blue light (from blue LEDs) through it during the tests.In addition, while it does appear to filter out UV from UV flashlights (centered at around 395 nm), it filters out far less than 99% let alone 100% during the tests because I could still see (and very clearly) fluorescence emitted from substances that react to UV light.Speaking of which, it mentions quite a few different numbers regarding wavelengths of light and what they are supposed to such as 380-495nm for blue light and 400-450nm being most harmful to retinas; they are unsubstantiated at best. Wavelengths shorter than 380-400nm are generally considered to be UV and they are invisible, completely. Anything with blue-ish or violet hues are NOT UV; they are just, well, blue lights.More importantly though, blue lights are NOT harmful to anything because they simply don't have sufficient energy; however, they tend to make people more alert and they aren't necessarily great during the night especially when it's close to bed time which is where these blue filters come in. With that being said, like most things, everyone is different and the effect of blue light at night varies from person to person (i.e. like coffee). If you are at the screen all the time at night as most people probably are, and you are having issues with sleep then perhaps give this a try. If you are concerned about UV form your monitors, read on.✘ I should also mention that there are NO UV lights (A OR B) being emitted from LCD/LED monitors; there could potentially be some from older CRT monitors but who has those nowadays. Just like there is no IONIZING radiation (that's what people really means when they talk about radiation since ALL light is a form radiation or specifically electromagnetic radiation carried by photons) coming from TV, there is no UV from LED monitors.As such, I have doubts about any REAL value or benefits for such filter to block UV lights because, well, there isn't any to begin with. It's similar to having a 200°C heat resistant cover to be used in a microwave which is redundant because you can't have 200°C water (in any phase/state), well, not under 1 atmospheric pressure anyway.###≡ ValueAll things considered, this appears to be a decent blue light filter for monitors although I can't say how effective it is at the moment to reduce blue light but the claims for UV and in particular the necessity of blocking UV from LED monitors is fictitious and misinformation at best since LED monitors don't emit UV (what I'm interested in and want is blue light filtration). It's somewhat reasonably priced at pricey at $90 for what it could potentially provide. Your mileage might vary.
