Our leg stretcher can help you stretch your legs effectively. Just place your leg comfortably on the mat, and then turn the steering wheel while the extension arm starts to separate. The extension arm is in a 360-degree rotating wheel. It can be separated to 210 degrees under driving.

Je suis une femme, culturiste, et ce n’est pas ma première machine à grand écart. J’ai du vécu avec ce genre de bébelle. Eh bien, laissez-moi vous dire que celle-là… n’achetez pas ça ! C’est chambranlant comme une vieille chaise de camping. Je mesure 5'3" pour 135 lbs, et déjà, je trouve ça douteux. Imaginez maintenant un grand gaillard de 225 lbs là-dessus… ça devient un sport extrême.Premier test : une séance de 15 minutes. Jusque-là, ça va (enfin, disons que je n’ai pas encore craint pour ma vie). Mais au moment de refermer la machine… rien. Nada. Pas un signe de coopération. J’ai dû trouver une façon de débarquer moi-même… et quand t’as les jambes à 180 degrés, je vous jure que ça tire un brin ! J’ai failli appeler un exorciste pour me replier sans dommage.Et parlons des fameux coussins verticaux censés protéger les genoux… Ah ben non, surprise ! Pas ajustables. Donc, pour moi, ils protègent… mes mollets. Ce qui est super utile si un jour mes mollets développent des rotules, mais en attendant, mes pauvres genoux peuvent aller se faire voir.Bref, une machine conçue pour qui ? Un extraterrestre à l’anatomie douteuse ? Un être humain en kit ? Je ne sais pas, mais une chose est sûre : mieux vaut économiser son argent… et ses articulations !

This leg stretcher is amazing! Super sturdy and easy to adjust. The rollers are smooth, and the padding is comfy. Great for dancers and yogis!
