Had them on my Excursion in 30 minutes. I like how they tuck up tight to the body. For the price I am really happy with them

They sit very high up on the truck I would've liked them to be lower to make it easier to get in and out. But there a very sturdy unit no flex or slippage.

Fit perfect. I watched a YouTube video review before buying and once I received brackets were different then expecting but everything worked out perfectly. Decent product for the price!

Quick delivery. Took about one hour to install. Very strong brackets. No drilling needed.

These are very decent running boards. They were very simple to install. The brackets were cut to fit. The hardware included was all that was needed. Both my husband and my self like these. They were installed on our super duty. Up until currently, i being 5’1’ had to literally run and jump to get in that blessed truck. I was over the moon to have a nice level step up and into the truck. Is is good and sturdy and I don’t find it too slippery in the snow/frost/slush. Price point on these boards were pretty fair when compared to the boards that the dealers are trying to push. People can’t afford those kinds of mark ups anymore. It s crazy

I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my husband in October(I shop early) and as per refund policy they are non returnable. Bonus is that there is no way to contact the manufacture online or anywhere else to ask any questions about the horrible instructions or the incorrect torque specs that came with it. The website literally does not exist. We unfortunately followed the instructions that came with them stating to torque them to 29-33lb-ft and after reading a ton of reviews online and watching videos to try and figure out what went wrong,we saw that you should not torque them to the instructions or they will bend. We are now stuck with a bent step and a snapped weld and no way to return or contact any one about it for replacement. Very dissatisfied customer. Do not make the same mistake I did.

Great Product at an excellent price. I struggled to determine correct width for my needs 4"-5"-6" and chose 5" and they work great and look kool. Installation was super easy and exactly as instructions showed although there are plenty of you tube videos if you wanted to kill it. These are made for the full size four door crew cabs and fit perfectly. Another great amazon purchase! . Installation took about an hour- Tip#1- Two large washers are used on each of the bottom bolts on each bracket (not clearly shown in instructions) - One washer on the bolt head where it hits the rocker panel and another large washer with a lock washer on the nut behind the sheet metal. Tip # 2 - I recommend using a sheet of 1/2" foam board if working in a gravel driveway as it make rolling around under the chassis much more pleasant.

It would of been nice to get all the parts to mount it on my truck. They forgot all the clips on one side of the truck so I can mount the brackets and also forgot 4 bolts and 4 nuts.

In this review I’m going to give a brief review and mainly give tips and corrections and to show just how wrong the instructions are. This is at least for people who have a 2009 Ford F-350 SD with a crew cab or something close to it.The ReviewThe running boards are excellent quality and are very supportive. They have robust brackets and look great to boot. I think they’re above and beyond any running boards in quality and looks, by a long shot, for under $200 for a set. 5 stars all the way to the bank. The Achilles heel of this product is labeling and the instructions. For me it was at least. The instructions might be right on older trucks but definitely not on a 2009 Ford which means this will affect 2008-2011 Super Duty’s and maybe even more. The CorrectionsFirst off the instructions clearly mark the brackets locations in the instructions and the brackets themselves are labeled. I have included pictures of the instructions diagram with the true correct labeling of the brackets and I included a set of pictures to show the proper location and orientation of the passenger side brackets. Just mirror the brackets for the driver’s side and it will work perfectly and look great. The RR bracket is actually the Front Left. The RL bracket is the Front Right. Both of the FB brackets are actually rear brackets. The iBoard logo underneath the running boards should face the front of the truck. Bottom bolts on all brackets are bolts, washer, truck body metal hole, washer, lock washer, and nut in that order. The rest of all the bolts are bolt, lock washer, and washer. The long brackets need to be bolted to the forward facing side of the hook bracket. The ConclusionGreat quality product, excellent price, easy to install, bad instructions. Thanks for reading my review.

Price, appearance, quality, fit and finish are all top-notch with these. Took me about an hour to install, but that includes removing the one remaining factory running board. Also, had to move my blanket around since the driveway was approximately the same temperature as the face of the sun!But seriously, these are very attractive boards and really simple to install. I would prefer one more support bracket, but they are solid the way they come with no flex or give in the boards or mounts, and I have never been called "slightly built" in my half-century of living.I would suggest that you count every piece of hardware before you start the install. My boards came with exactly the right number of each item with no extra pieces at all. That's good quality control and if I had misplaced something, it would have been on me since I verified each item in advance of installation.Once you figure out one side of the truck, the other installs very quickly and easily. I am confident anyone who orders these will be very pleased with the experience.
