this product has different, very poor, mounting clips and the mounting holes are to large. after verifying correct installation by a mechanic about the 7th time opening the hood the rod shot out and injured my shoulder.

Does not fit a 1993 Cadillac Deville. Had to order a different one and that one fits.

I bought these for a 1993 Cadillac DeVille and they are close but not correct. The holes that are used to attach them are too large and the clips are not correct either.
