After purchasing eight toilet seats since 2021 due to constant splitting and cracking, this was purchased in July of 2024, less than a year ago, since I thought it would last longer. It's very pretty marble, and sturdy but very cold. Worst of all, in less than a year, it no longer stays connected. I'm the only one who uses it, (NOT a heavy person) and it now literally bucks me off during the clean up operation. Cannot use it any longer, so will go back to ordering cheapies every six months.

First of all yes, I read the instructions and watched several youtube videos and have confirmed that the hinges I received were not soft close.I like the way the seat looks, the installation was easy, but my package did not include soft close hinges. I tried contacting the seller and have not received a response.The seat is VERY heavy so soft close is key.Note: several different sellers are all combined in this listing (different colors are from different sellers) so I believe some seats come with the proper hinges depending on the seller.

Easy to instal, love the metal hardware that looks a lot nicer than plastic. At first I found the marble colours to be a little dark but I got used to it and love it now. It's like the picture shows!

Correct replacement. Cheaply made. Kept moving. Now broken.Very disappointed with this product!. This is the second one used. Worked for a couple of weeks. Now starting to move again. Absolutely ridiculous. Not worth it

I really love it matches grey appliances. Nice and sturdy with metal attachments (not plastic). One Funny thing my 4 year old granddaughter didn’t want to use it because she thought the old grey one was still on the toilet and was was dirty. Lol

well built but the fit is a little long for my toilet. i'm ok with it.. love the way the hinge works, but because of the thickness of the lid, the seat won't stay up.
