Works, although I found out later the previous board wasn't bad. Kept it as a spare as I have two identical heaters.

I bought a few of these to replace broken ones in my LF-24 Lennox heaters. I have 30 bays with these heaters. The board stops functioning properly after about 6-8 years. I have now found an electronics repair shop that fixes the broken ones. The defects found are cracked solder joints, likely caused by vibrations of the heater. Especially, the solder joints for the 6-pin Molex plug. This can cause intermittent issues. Now I have a few spares which is great because nobody likes to wait a week to get a heater fixed in the winter. Replacement takes about 10 minutes.
