Soft, picture is pretty accurate for color. I knocked a star off because the selected size doesn’t stay - the little plastic piece slides easy on the soft texture.

So easy to slip on, no buckle or other parts digging in to your skin. I have sensitive skin, this band doesn’t bother me at all and is so comfortable even overnight.

It’s been hard to find a wristband for these older Fitbits. My wife has been frequently losing it because of a broken strap. A bit of searching landed me on buying this one. No regrets and it fits nice and snug.
